- Order cancellations will only be accepted prior to shipment. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

- Easy Returns
- Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products.
- Eligibility details and conditions are provided on the respective product pages.
- You may return most new, unused items within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items should be in their original condition and packaging — just as we lovingly packed them.
- Please note, custom-made, perishable, personal-care, and products are non-returnable (we hope you understand ❤️).
- How to Return
- Reach out to us at orders@enlightcrafts.in with your order number and reason for return with in 3 Days of order delivered.
- For any return or exchange requests, customers must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened in one continuous recording, clearly capturing the product’s condition and packaging. Returns without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
- We’ll guide you through the process and share our return address.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility which includes delivery charges for returning shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we’ll check it with care and let you know the status right away.
- Approved refunds are processed within [7–10 business days] and sent back to your original payment method.
- If it’s an exchange, we’ll send your replacement with the same love as your first order.
- Damaged or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us within [48 hours] with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no extra cost to you.
